Grade 7 – Vietnam 2018
Hoi An, Vietnam
This year the grade 7 class will travel to Hoi An, Vietnam. Students will participate in creativity (lantern making), activity (hiking, cycling, snorkelling, the Great Race), and service (painting buildings and fences at an orphanage with local children). They will also participate in cross-cultural activities when they visit a wetland to learn about the fragile eco-system and traditional fishing techniques; they will also visit the UNESCO World Heritage site in old town, and what remains of Cham civilisation’s ancient My Son complex.
