The morning for the outside volunteers was spent visiting elderly residents in Macau who live on their own and need special assistance. After visiting the apartment of an 85 year old resident who is blind one student commented, “He was so happy to have us visit and made us sit down while he gave us snacks. He couldn’t see, so we helped to clean his apartment. Despite his condition, he was so positive.”
