We had a really tight schedule today. First, we visited the Kremlin in Moscow. The two cathedrals that we visited are the Dormition Cathedral (main cathedral of the Tsardon of Russia) and Annunciation Cathedral(private church of Russian grand princes and Tsars). After this and our delicious lunch, we visited the Red Square, it is a wall that separates the Kremlin from Kitai-gorod, a historic merchant quarter. Then we went to a shopping mall nearby called Gum. It is a rather a small mall but the ice cream that they sell catched all of our attention. There are also a few Russian style cafés that are worth trying. Due to the fact that our last activity of the day, Nikulin Moscow Circus, is at 6:00pm, we skipped dinner and went to watch the circus. It didn’t have a lot of animals, but they still did an excellent job and we were all satisfied. All of our activities today depicted the Russian culture. Russia has a very unique culture and history. We find that people here are very slow when it comes to working and even though they don’t have big smiles when you greet them, they have a very kind and welcoming heart. Therefore, we are all glad that we signed up for this trip because we get a chance to “experience” and learn More about a brand new culture.

On day 2 I experienced many different things. We visited many wonderful sites and it was amazing. For example the Red Square and the Gum mall. I took many photos at the Red Square. When we visited the Gum Mall I bought many snacks and drank coffee. The Gum mall was also a good shopping experience.
