We’re back! After spending some time at the hotel pool and in our rooms, we went to a cooking class in the city! The cooking class was very fun and we made chicken skewers and spring rolls! After that, we ate the food we made and it turned out better than we expected. We walked to the bus and got to see some colourful lanterns! Monica and Gloria ate duck embryo for the middle school challenge, and it was unnerving to watch! Overall, our first day has been a blast and we are looking forward to more!
