Hi All,

The grade nine Japan experience week trip kicked off with the group’s departure from Macau today. After a successful flight, where we ended up arriving almost an hour ahead of schedule, we touched down safely at the Kansai/Osaka airport. After customs and luggage claims, we gave some time for the students to unwind after a long leg of travel by doing some exploring of the shops around the airport. We then jumped aboard a train that took us to the city of Kyoto where we checked into the hotel and grabbed dinner at an all-you-can-eat buffet. It was just the right way to end off the day and kick things off on a positive note for the lively days of adventure ahead!
