We are less than two weeks away from our exciting adventure in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Here are some frequently asked questions:
1. “When do we leave?”
Depart: Flight FD753 on 13 Mar (16:05/17:55)
Students need to be at the Macau International Airport at 1:00 pm on Sunday March 13. Students must wear their TIS P.E. uniform top (shirt) for the departure AND return flights.
Arrive back in Macau: Flight FD752 18 Mar (11:50/15:25)
We will arrive back in Macau on Friday March 18 at 3:25 pm. Parents, please arrange to have you child picked up at the airport by 3:45 (allowing time for clearing immigration and picking up luggage).
3. What do we need to bring?
GRADE 8 EXPERIENCE WEEK 2016 PACKING LIST
Below is a list of items which we recommend everyone bring with them for their stay at Traidhos.
Several changes of clothes – (depending on the length of stay). It is likely on most
activities we provide that you will get dirty, wet, sweaty possibly all at the same time.
• Warm clothes – (for early mornings, camps etc) Please be aware if you are visiting us between the months December – February the temperatures can get as low as 5°C in the mornings and evenings so more warm clothes will be needed.
• At least 1 set of long sleeve sweater or shirt and long pants (nights can be chilly, mosquito protection)
• Rain Jacket – This is essential during the rainy season between July and October, but can rain at other times of year as well.
• Light comfortable sandals or flip flops – for free time and maybe suitable for some activities
• Closed toe sports shoes – to be used for most activities

For personal shopping at markets etc we recommend bringing around 2,000 – 3,000 baht (450-675 mop) to cover all expenses. It depends how much you love to shop!

Do NOT bring any expensive watches or jewelry – You are responsible for looking after your own valuables.
