The anticipation is building for the grade 7 trip to Vietnam! This morning, students met with supervisors to discuss important expectations and instructions for the trip. The following information was covered.

Student Expectations

1. Phones and electronics are not permitted at the dinning table or when a teacher or tour guide are talking.
2. Students must stay with their roommate at all times.
3. Lights must be turned out half an hour after students return to their bedrooms.
4. Students are representing TIS and therefore must uphold behavioural expectations are all times.

Important Information

• Students need to be at the Macau International Airport between 6:30pm and 7:00pm on Sunday, March 13th in order to check-in and board flight NX876.
• Students will be returning to Macau at 2:20am on March 19th. If taking a taxi home at this time, student must be provided with a parental note.
• In the case that students have more then one passport, they must bring the passport that was used to book their ticket.
• Students must wear the top half of their TIS uniform when travelling (white collared shirt and/or TIS hoodie).
• Students may choose to bring either check-in luggage (max 15kg) or carry-on luggage (max 8kg).
• Students may choose to bring electronic devices such as cell phones and small gaming electronics but must leave laptop computers at home.
