The anticipation is building for the grade 7 trip to Vietnam! This morning, students met with supervisors to discuss important expectations and instructions for the trip. The following information was covered.
Student Expectations
- Phones and electronics are not permitted at the dinning table or when a teacher or tour guide are talking.
- Students must stay with their roommate at all times.
- Lights must be turned out half an hour after students return to their bedrooms.
- Students are representing TIS and therefore must uphold behavioural expectations are all times.
Important Information
- Students need to be at the Macau International Airport between 6:30pm and 7:00pm on Sunday, March 13th in order to check-in and board flight NX876.
- Students will be returning to Macau at 2:20am on March 19th. If taking a taxi home at this time, student must be provided with a parental note.
- In the case that students have more then one passport, they must bring the passport that was used to book their ticket.
- Students must wear the top half of their TIS uniform when travelling (white collared shirt and/or TIS hoodie).
- Students may choose to bring either check-in luggage (max 15kg) or carry-on luggage (max 8kg).
- Students may choose to bring electronic devices such as cell phones and small gaming electronics but must leave laptop computers at home.
