Macao 2: Local CAS Program

Brian and Travis

Jangseong-gun, Korea Rep.

Posted March 12, 2014 by Sandra Kuipers

Today morning after breakfast, we travelled to the top of the mountain to take a group photo. After the group photo, we choose our path and ski or snowboard down from the top of the mountain. While most of the people stayed together, me and two of my friends travelled to a different path. They told us that our path will take 2 hours to finish but we did it in about 40 mins! The snow on our path is really nice and we had a really great time snowboarding!

After we got back from the top of the mountain, we went to have snowboard lesson. The snowboard is pretty hard and other students started quitting it. They switched from snowboard to ski. After lunch, we continued our lesson. But there is only 5 of us left there in the class. Lucky I didn’t quit the lesson, because I finally knew how to snowboard like other people that we saw, doing a curl, keep turning and turn. The 5 of us had a pretty great time snowboarding.
