Macao 2: Local CAS Program

Another great day in India!

Rikishesh, India

Posted March 11, 2014 by Sandra Kuipers

Had a warm breakfast at camp this morning followed by a briefing of our day. We drove though the city of Hardwar to a local orphanage. After introducing ourselves we played games and taught the children how to write their names in Chinese on red paper. Then, many of the students showed us out Hindi names. Very fun! In the afternoon we learned how to play Cricket with our guides a s everyone got a chance with the bat. After a drive back we were met with a warm dinner and hot chocolate around a warm fire. It’s raining now so we all hope the weather improves overnight. The scenery is beautiful here and very mountainous.
