Dear Grade 9 Parents/Guardians:

We regret to inform you that our flight to Siem Reap on March 11^th was cancelled at the last minute by the airline, and despite the best efforts of our travel agency, they were not able to rebook an adequate substitute flight for March 11^th.

We will therefore be postponing our trip to a later date. We understand that this must come as an unfortunate surprise to parents, students, and teachers, and we sympathize together. Unfortunately this is something that is out of our control. We want to create the best possible experience for our students, and therefore we will work with the travel agency to book the trip for a later date this year. In addition, some students who were previously unable to attend, may now also take part.

As such, grade 9 students will attend classes as normal during the week of March 11-15^th. There will be an International Youth Conference going on at that time and hopefully our students will be able to play some part in that conference.

Once again we sincerely sympathize with you and appreciate your understanding in the rebooking process. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact our trip leader at dan.dentremont@tis.edu.mo.

親愛的家長/監護人：

我們剛收到航空公司通知 3月11日到柬埔寨暹粒的航班經已取消。由於事出突然，旅行社雖已盡力協助，但始終未能訂到足夠機票。
 
所以，我們決定此遊學團延遲出發。我們都明白家長、學生及老師的感受，但這是不可預計的意外，我們會另行安排日子，而一些本來未能參加的學生可再次參加。
 
初中三將於 3月11日至15日照常上課。於下星期，本校舉辦「青年領袖會議」，學生亦可參與部份活動。

我們會再次重新預訂機票及其他安排，感謝各位理解。
