Macao 2: Local CAS Program

We have arrived!

Somewhere in, China

Posted March 12, 2012 by Sandra Kuipers

We have finally arrived in Chiang Mai 15 hours after we met in Macao.  It has been a long day, but apart from a 20 minute delay in Bangkok, it has been a very smooth day.

We arrived and were treated to some sandwiches, fruit and cake.  We all had a snack and then settled into our rooms.

Tomorrow we are breaking into three groups and one group is doing a river survey as part of our science unit on water.  Another group will enjoy some Thai culture and do some cooking and batik and the third will start out with their adventure day and will go kayaking and biking.  We will all meet at the end of the day to eat and share our adventures.

We hope to have some pictures for you to see, so check back!

Safe and sound in Chiang Mai,
Team Thailand
