Cambodia, Such a great place to go as a school trip, the sun, the temperature unbelievably hot. The environment, the way how people lived, can go to the point that can actually make a tourist or foreign person tear in their heart, think about your own life and then compare to the people in Cambodia who actually struggle to get their basic needs. I’m sure you can get water or food easily from your family or yourself. The first day I went in Cambodia there was a kid running up to me asking, begging for food, water and money, when I looked at that kid in the eyes, I uncomfortably became a merciful person then I looked at my other classmate, why do some of them just ignore this poor child?
A few days later, I went to the night market, there’re a lot of cheating price in the market, and a lot of things that shouldn’t be as expensive as it should be. Sometimes I just completely ignore the shop keeper and walk away but a lot of them will definitely beg for you to buy no matter what. On this trip my grade mates and I learned a lot of the culture of Cambodia and thanks for the care everyone who helped as organized our amazing activity and thanks for the teacher such as Mr. D, Ms. J and Mr. A for handling our group so well. – Leo Vong
