Dear Parents/Guardians:
Experience week is fast approaching and here are some of the travel details we would like to make you aware of:
Departure
Date of departure – Monday, March 12th.
Macau – Bangkok
FD3601 MFM/BKK
Depart Macau– 11:10am/ Arrive Bangkok – 13:00pm
We are meeting at the airport. Please have your child there at 8:30 am as it will take time to organize the group and check in.
Return
Date of return – Friday, March 16th.
Bangkok- Macau
FD3606 BKK/MFM
Depart Bangkok- 18:20pm/ Arrive Macau- 21:55pm
Students should be picked up at the airport. Students may not take a city bus or taxi unless you send us a note giving them permission to find their own transportation home.
Reminder – For plane travel, students must wear a TIS top (either PE or dress) both on day of departure and return.
*Important Note – Cambodia currency is Riel but it cannot be obtained outside of Cambodia. Students will need to have USD or Thai Baht with them. I would still suggest 500 – 1000 MOP worth. If using USD, please have small bills to make conversion easier. Any Riel obtained cannot be changed back so only small amounts at a time are recommended. Please make sure your child has the proper currency before the day of departure as there will not be time to deal with this while in transit.
