I would love to say that we’re looking forward to coming back home. Closer to the truth, I think we’re wishing that this was home. It’s been a great week. Yesterday we enjoyed the cool fresh waters of Kawasan falls, and ran into some local kids playing basketball and joined in for a bit of a run. Sports can unite beyond language and social status – it was a great experience, losing to barefooted kids as short as Ms. Mak.

We’re packed up and about to head for Cebu airport. If all goes according to plan we will be rolling into the Macau ferry terminal at 9pm. Check the blog for updates throughout the day. If anything comes up we will post updated travel plans. But for now, you can assume 9pm.

Although we will miss the sun and the water, it will be good to sleep in our own beds again.
