Please keep in mind the weather in Harbin will be cool. Average temperatures for March range from minus 3 to 5 degrees Celsius. Some of the venues may or may not have heating.

March is considered to be the dry season with an average of 9 rainy days and 158 hours of sunshine per month.

It is a good idea for students to label these items just in case.
