The 2017/18 senior girls basketball team reached two separate milestones in the span of 3 days this past week.

On Saturday Jan 13, the Tigers swept through the PRC HS Red Division basketball tournament by beating their opponents by an average margin of 32 points over 4 games and took home the GOLD for an unprecedentedly 4th consecutive year.

48 hours later, this team defeated Santa Rosa de Lima in a gutsy come-from-behind victory and clinched a DSEJ Inter-School Athletics Competition basketball playoff berth for the first time in TIS Athletics history.

What an accomplishment!! Congrats Ladies.

As this team travels to HK and Beijing over the next two successive weekends, they are surely to build on their momentum and are poised to bring home more hardware.
