Wednesday’s Phase ll Launch Celebration went off without a hitch!

As part of the ceremony, an 8 metre long banner with the hand prints of every student and staff member was unveiled. As well, a time capsule filled with student messages, artwork, photographs and other memorabilia was dropped into the Phase ll construction site. A lion dance by high school students and a musical performance by elementary students added to the festive spirit of the occasion.

Many thanks to the student reps who participated in the event, the facility staff who were responsible for set-up and takedown, the IT staff for coordinating the sound system and live Twitter feed, and the many parents and other guests who attended today’s ceremony.
