Kudos to Gr. 4-2 student Ethan Hou who took home two first place finishes at the 9th Worldwide Chinese Youth Music Festival in Hong Kong this summer.  He won first prize in the violin solo (his second violin solo award to date!) and first prize in the string quartet. Ethan received a beautiful golden cup for his performances and TIS is very proud to be able to display it in the school’s trophy case. Way to go Ethan!
