TIS Open House

Just a reminder that TIS’ student recruitment period starts on Saturday, February  22 with an Open House. The Kindergarten presentation at 9 a.m. and the Elementary presentation at 10:30 a.m. will be in the MPR, while the the Secondary presentation at 10 a.m. will be in the Secondary Library. Tours will follow each presentation. Parents can come to the main office for inquiries and to pick up an application package. Teachers Helping Teachers

TIS teachers travelled to Mainland China last week for a professional development day where they mentored teachers and students at our sister school, the Canadian International School of Guangzhou. Photo: TIS teacher Elsa Boonzaaier (Gr. 4-1) presented a THRASS lesson (Teaching Handwriting, Reading And Spelling Skills) to teachers and students.
