Thank-you to all of the teachers, parents and students who participated in the Hour of Code on Tuesday afternoon from 3:15-4:15 p.m. in the MPR. The Hour of Code is a one-hour introduction to computer science designed to demystify code and show that anybody can learn the basics. With 100 people in attendance, the event was a huge success! More importantly, the excitement from students who were learning to code, some for the very first time, was thrilling.
