TIS Crescendo Choir Is In Demand!

Posted November 22, 2013 by Sandra Kuipers

The TIS Crescendo Choir will be very busy over the next few weeks, singing Christmas carols and spreading holiday cheer at local hotels, resorts and other special events. The ensemble has been performing for the past six years and has grown to sixty students from grades 1-6. Audiences can expect to hear a wide array of familiar carols such as Jingle Bells, Silent Night, Santa’s Coming to Town and other favourites. The students began practicing in October, under the guidance of Choir Director Doreen Stribbell, to prepare for their yuletide appearances.  They have already performed at the ILCM Christmas Bazaar and are also scheduled to appear on the following dates:

Sat, Nov 23  – Venetian at 6:00 p.m.

Tues, Nov 26 – Galaxy (Banyan Tree Hotel at 5:00 p.m.; Galaxy East Square at 6:30 p.m. and Hotel Okura at 7:00 p.m.)

Mon, Dec 2 – Wynn at 4:30 p.m.

Fri, Dec 6 – TIS at 6:30 p.m. (at the TISPA Christmas Wonderland)

Sat, Dec 7, Sat, Dec 14 & Sun, Dec 15 – Sands Cotai Central at 4 p.m.

Stop by and show your support for our amazing TIS Crescendo Choir!
