The brightly coloured student-made lanterns made for a perfect backdrop to the annual TIS Mid Autumn Festival last night. It was wonderful to see such a huge turn-out of TIS parents, students and staff at the first big event of the school year!

The Mid Autumn Festival could not happen without the hard work and dedication of so many people. A big thank-you to the Community Outreach Committee for coordinating the event; the Middle School Leadership team for organizing the amazing games and activities; TISPA for coordinating all of the booths, the bake sale and the bbq; the boarding students and many other volunteers who donated their time to help out; the TIS teachers and students for creating the beautiful lanterns that decorated the MPR; the facilities crew for helping with set-up and take-down, and the many TIS families who attended the event.
