It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Elizabeth Belmonte, a Teaching Assistant at TIS for the past five years. Elizabeth passed away late last night surrounded by her family and close friends.

She fought a courageous battle and will be dearly missed by TIS staff, students and parents. The Board of Governors and the entire school community pass along their deepest condolences to Elizabeth’s family.

We will come together in the near future to celebrate her life and mourn her passing. Details will follow as they are confirmed.
