A number of renovation projects at TIS have wrapped up and both staff and students will benefit from the new changes. Here’s a look at what’s been done:

– a  larger customer service counter in the Edu Cafe. New food services provider, Future Bright Ltd., is offering up a wide range of snacks for purchase.

– eight new showers in the second floor washrooms (4 in the male and 4 in the female washroom)

– a fantastic new computer lab in Rm 421

– a new academic counselling area on the 4th floor

– new safety mats under the outdoor climbing wall

– construction of an outdoor classroom, including a small stage, seating area and garden planters.

– enlarged IT area with new customer service window

New flooring in the recreation area between the main office and MPR will be installed by next week.
