Terence Tche (Class of 2018) was recruited by Ashland University’s new Men’s Tennis program for his freshman year. As part of their new athletic program, Terence has seen his fair share of playing time and contributed to their 13-12 season in the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference. “We are not doing too bad for a first-year team!”
Terence, who has made the transition to collegiate student-athlete life remarks that “travelling with the team is really cool. Being a student-athlete is not as easy as I thought, but my grades are better than I had in high school.” Terence reflects on his choice and understands the importance of choosing the right school. “I’m enjoying life here and being at a small university really helps.”
It is exciting to see our Tigers sharing their talents internationally and being great ambassadors for our school program!
