Phase II is getting bigger and bigger! Indeed, the past few months have seen tremendous progress on the new building. Here’s an update on what has already been completed and what’s coming up:

1. All of the foundation work (including pilings) has been finished.
2. The concrete structural work is underway and about 75% completed.
3. The laying of pipe for electrical, water supply and drainage, as well as HVAC (heating, venting and cooling) is in progress.
4. Internal decorative work (brick laying and plastering) has just started.

Construction crews are already working on the 4th floor of Phase II and it won’t be long until the entire structure is built and fully enclosed. Stay tuned for more details and photos coming soon!
