The Secondary School Term II Interim Progress Reports will be distributed on Friday, April 20.
Parent-Teacher Conferences (PTC) will take place on Wednesday, April 25 and Thursday, April 26, from 5:00pm – 8:00pm.
Progress Reports
Parents will notice a change in the upcoming interim progress report. This report will appear shorter in length, but actually includes more detailed information about student performance and effort. It will include a percentage grade, along with performance and effort indicators in each subject. Detailed explanations of each indicator will be provided on the reverse side of the report. The percentage grade is not a final grade; instead, it indicates how the student is doing at the time of the report. Final grades in each course will not appear until the final progress report in June. Additionally, the new report also provides each teacher with the opportunity to request a conference with parents.
Parent-Teacher Conferences (PTC)
In the past, PTC were conducted using a ‘drop in’ format. Unlike previous PTC, parents must now book conferences with teachers using our new online booking system. Interviews will be limited to 15-minutes in length. Please go this link to find the detailed instructions when using the online booking system. The system opens on Saturday, April 21 at 8:00am and closes on Wednesday, April 25, at 12:00noon.
If a teacher requests a conference with parents on the interim report, the school will contact the parents in advance to set up a meeting time during the the PTC schedule.

中學部第二學期成績表將於4月20日(週五)派發。
家長老師面談會安排在4月25日(週三)以及4月26日(週四)舉行,時間由下午5時至晚上8時。
成績表
即將派發的中學部成績表與以往有所不同。它看似比過往簡短,但實際上呈現更詳細的學生表現情況。新版本成績表為每個學生的表現以及努力評級,以百分比評級。成績表背面有各個評級的詳細解釋。然而,有關評分不代表最終分數,它反映學生在此期間的表現。最終之成績會在6月份派發的期末成績表上顯示。此外,老師也可以在新版本成績表上要求與家長會面。
家長老師面談會
今年開始,家長老師面談會採用網上預約新方式,無須遞交表格。每個面談時段為15分鐘。請點擊以下連結了解網上預約步驟。網上預約系統將於4月21日(週六)上午8時至4月25日(週三)中午12時期間,開放使用。
若老師在期中成績表上要求與家長面談,校方將事前先與家長聯絡,並預先約好在家長老師面談的見面時間。
