Although recovery efforts in the Philippines are starting to take hold following Typhoon Haiyan, the country is still in dire need of donations to help in the massive, on-going recovery effort. Typhoon Haiyan swept through parts of the Philippines on November 8th, killing 5,560, injuring 26,136 and leaving millions of people homeless. A donation box has been set up in the TIS main office for the Philippine Red Cross; please feel free to stop by and contribute whatever you can. Donations will be accepted until Monday, December 9th.
