We look forward to seeing many parents at Parent-Teacher Interviews on Thurs, Nov 24th and Fri, Nov 25th.

Elementary (PK-Gr. 6)
Thursday, November 24: 3:30 – 8:00 pm (last appointment at 7:45 pm )
Friday, November 25: 8:30 am -12 noon (last appointment at 11:45 am)

On Nov 24th, Kindergarten and elementary Mandarin teachers will be available for drop-in appointments in the MPR.  On Nov 25th, Kindergarten Mandarin teachers will be located in the Secondary Library, while Gr. 1-6 Mandarin teachers will be in their classrooms on the 4th floor.

A babysitting service will be available in the Elementary Library on the 3rd floor.

Secondary (Gr. 7-12)
The times for secondary parent-teacher interviews are the same as elementary, however, there are no scheduled interview times and appointments are not necessary. Teachers will be in their classrooms and parents are welcome to drop in to chat (please note that secondary teachers will not be available from 5:30-6:00 pm).

There will be Experience Week information sessions for parents of Gr. 10-12 students at 6:30 pm on the 5th floor.

If you require a translator for parent-teacher interviews, please book a specific time with the teacher you wish to see, or contact the main office to coordinate a time.
