Parent Coffee Time

Posted September 17, 2013 by Sandra Kuipers

Parent Coffee Time kicks off this Thursday, September 19. The half hour sessions are held once a month in the Secondary Library from 8:30-9:00 a.m. and provide parents with important information about various TIS programs. They’re also a great opportunity to connect with other parents in the TIS community. This month’s topic is standards-based reporting for elementary grades. Elementary teachers Sandi Reis, Bernice Pollock and Chyrelanne Kuipers will explain what standards-based reporting is and why this new system gives parents more and better information about how their child is progressing. Coffee, tea and snacks will be served. We look forward to seeing you there!
