This notice is for parents of all students from Grades 7-12.  We are always striving to streamline our operations to make procedures more efficient and user friendly.

We now ask that all attendance issues (lates/absences) be reported directly to our Executive Assistant, Ms Vanessa Wong, in the Secondary School Office. This can be done in a few different ways:

Call her direct line at 8893 6814 and leave a voice message (in English or Cantonese)

Please include the following information in your message:

• Your child’s full name and homeroom
• Reason for the absence
• Likely date/time of his/her return to school
• Parent name
• Parent contact number/email address
