Kindergarten graduation is always a very special event at TIS. Students began this year’s ceremony with the song “It’s a Small World” and afterward, Elementary Principal Vance Boisjoli addressed the parents and students. Each class was then called up to the front and students stood one by one so their parents could take a photo. The ceremony ended with the farewell song”What I am” by Will I Am. Once the formal graduation was over, everyone participated in different activities set up around the MPR, such as painting, drawing, movement and a creation station. A photo booth was also set up where students could don their red capes have a picture taken with their parents and friends.
