It will be very busy on campus once all grade levels are back at school, and following the typhoon there are still some areas which are out of bounds to students and parents. Here are some important notices about morning drop-offs and afternoon pick-up.

Morning drop off

• PK & JK to enter through the North Wing first floor hallway area (Please note the alley between north wing and south wing is closed past Tiger Bites)

• PK and JK students will come in with parents in the first week. Once regular routines start, students will be dropped off in the new MPR in the North Wing.

• SK-Grade 3 students line up outside on the red pitch area. Signs will be posted for each class to know where to line up. Teachers and TAs will come down at 8:20am to greet the students.

• Grades 4-6 go directly to their classrooms on their own starting at 8:10am.

• Secondary students go directly to their classrooms. Secondary students who arrive early are welcome to use the Library and Tiger Bites Cafe before start of class.

Afternoon pick up
• All kindergarten parents are asked to wait outside on the red pitch area or Tiger Bites Cafe. At 3:00pm security will allows parents to enter the North Wing and go up to kindergarten classrooms for pick up.

• Grade 1-6 parents will meet students at the designated area outside.
– Grade 1-3 families should meet on the red pitch area.
– Grade 4-6 families should meet on the front grass field
– Families with children in both divisions should meet on the red pitch area.
– Parents should confirm a location within the designated area with their children

Staircases
• The inner staircase near the uniform shop will remain closed for repairs until further notice.
• Students on the 2nd floor are to use the staircase by the photocopy rooms to go up and down.
• Students on the 3rd floor are to use the staircase at the bathroom end of the hall to go up and down (previously the kindergarten staircase).

Parent Identity Cards
• New Families – Temporary Parent ID cards are available for pick up from the North Wing Main Office. Please use these until your individual cards are available.
• Returning Families – The cards issued last year are still valid.
