Last Friday, the High School Student Council organized a fun-filled Halloween Night Festival for the TIS community. The evening included mini-games, a costume competition, bake sale, and a raffle draw with gracious gifts donated by TIS parents. The games included Mummy bowling, Spider ring toss, Sponge the Teacher and wrapping up some truly terrifying mummies.
The newly introduced costume contest was a huge success. Over thirty students from Pre-K to Grade 12 and five teachers took part in the event in hopes of winning prizes. Our four judges judged each participant based on their costume’s originality, authenticity, and detail to their source character. Notable participants dressed up as Minecraft Steve, a baby vampire, a skeleton, and even a plague doctor!
