For all of our Canadian families in the TIS community, the Canadian Consulate will be in Macao on:

Date: Tuesday, January 5, 2016
Time: 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Venue: The Executive Centre, Level 20, AIA Tower, Nos. 251A – 301, Avenida Commercial de Macau

Consular services will be offered by appointment only. Appointments are limited and scheduled on a “first come, first serve” basis (timeslots fill up quickly). To schedule an appointment:

1. Please email hkong.cs-booking@international.gc.ca for an appointment booking request, outlining (1) your name, (2) phone number, (3) type of service requested, and (4) number of applications.
2. The consulate will provide you with an appointment time between 9:30 am and 12:20 pm, once your booking has been confirmed.

The following consular services will be available:
1. Passport Services (Passport applications and enquiries)
2. Citizenship Services (Citizenship applications and enquiries)
3. Limited Notarial Services (Certified true copies, facilitation letters and declarations)*

*Notarial services – Please email your document for review before December 28, 2015. Documents not sent prior for review may not be notarized on that day.
