For all of our Canadian families and teaching staff –  the Canadian Consulate will be visiting Macao on Tuesday, November 3rd from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The venue is The Executive Centre, Level 20, AIA Tower, Nos. 251A – 301, Avenida Commercial de Macau.

In order to avoid long waiting times, consular services will be offered by appointment only. Appointments are limited and scheduled on a “first book, first serve” basis.

1. Please send an email to hkong.cs-booking@international.gc.ca for an appointment booking request, outlining (1) your name, (2) phone number, (3) type of service requested, and (4) number of applications.

2. An appointment time between 9:30 a.m. and 12:20 p.m. will be provided once your booking has been confirmed.

1. Passport Services (passport applications and enquiries)

2. Citizenship Services (citizenship applications and enquiries)

3. Limited Notarial Services (certified true copies, facilitation letters and declarations) *
