In order to avoid long client waiting times, consular services will be offered by appointments only. Appointments are limited and scheduled on a “first book, first serve” basis. Please send an email to: hkong.cs-booking@international.gc.ca for an appointment booking request, outlining (1) your name, (2) phone number, (3) type of service requested, and (4) number of applications. You will be provided with an appointment time between 9:30 a.m. and 12:20 p.m., once your booking has been confirmed.

The Consulate General of Canada provides the following services:
– Passport Services (Passport applications and enquiries)
– Citizenship Services (Citizenship applications and enquiries)
– Limited Notarial Services (Certified true copies, facilitation letters and declarations). For notarial services, please email the consulate your document for review before May 8, 2015.
