Staff from the Consulate General of Canada in Hong Kong & Macao will be in Macao on Tuesday, December 11th & Wednesday, December 12th 2018 to provide consular services (citizenship and passport).

• Venue: Grand Lapa Macau (Room: Lotus Room; Level 2, 956-1110 Avenida Da Amizade, Macau SAR)

In order to avoid long client waiting times, consular services will be offered by appointments only. Appointments are limited and scheduled on a “first book, first serve” basis.

1. Please send an email to: hkong.cs-booking@international.gc.ca for an appointment booking request, outlining (1) your name, (2) phone number, (3) type of service requested, and (4) number of applications.

2. The consulate will provide you with an appointment time between 9:30 to 12:20, and 14:00 to 16:50 once your booking has been confirmed. When the appointment schedule for the day is fully booked, an announcement will be made on the consulate’s website.  Should you require service but are not able to make the above days, please visit their office in Hong Kong.

For those provided with an appointment, please bring original documentation and clear copy of any documents that will be submitted to support the citizenship and/or passport application.
