Staff from the Consulate General of Canada in Hong Kong & Macao will be in Macao on Wednesday, February 28th 2018 to provide consular services (citizenship and passport applications & enquiries).

  Time: 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
  Venue: Four Seasons Hotel Macao. Jasmine Room 1, Level 2. Estrada da Baia de N. Senhora Da Esperanca, S/N, Taipa

In order to avoid long client waiting times, consular services will be offered by appointments only. Appointments are limited and scheduled on a “first book, first serve” basis.

1. Please send an email to: hkong.cs-booking@international.gc.ca for an appointment booking request, outlining (1) your name, (2) phone number, (3) type of service requested, and (4) number of applications.

2. The consulate will provide you with an appointment time between 9:30 a.m. and 12:20 p.m., once your booking has been confirmed. When the appointment schedule for the day is fully booked, an announcement will be made on the consulate’s website.

For those provided with an appointment, please bring original documentation and clear copies of any documents that will be submitted to support the citizenship and/or passport application.
