The Consulate General of Canada will be in Macao on Wed, July 29 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Executive Centre, Level 20, AIA Tower, Avenida Commerical de Macau. Consular services will be offered by appointment only. Appointments are limited and scheduled on a “first book, first serve” basis. Please send an email to: hkong.cs-booking@international.gc.ca for an appointment booking request, outlining (1) your name, (2) phone number, (3) type of service requested, and (4) number of applications. The consulate will provide an appointment time between 9:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. once your booking has been confirmed.
The following consular services will be provided:
- Passport Services (Passport applications and enquiries)
- Citizenship Services (Citizenship applications and enquiries)
- Limited Notarial Services (Certified true copies, facilitation letters and declarations)*
*Please email your document for review before July 24, 2015. Documents not sent prior for review may not be notarized on that day.
