Travel to Sichuan province with WildChina to experience the “Spice of Life”. You will learn how to make paper by hand and be taught sugar painting. You will visit and volunteer at Ya’an school for Special Education. Then you will visit and volunteer at the Bifengxia Panda Base. You will also enjoy stunning scenery and temples while hiking Emeishan mountain.

Draft Itinerary
Day 1
Travel from Macau to Chengdu. Meet your guide. Handicraft lesson at a local tea house (handmade paper/sugar painting). Stroll through Kuanzhai Xiangzi. Transfer to hotel.
Day 2
Travel to Ya’an. Service project at special education school.
Day 3
Continue volunteer work at special education school. Panda volunteering orientation
Day 4
Early morning start to volunteer at the Bifengxia Panda Base. Bamboo forest hike. Travel to Emeishan in the evening
Day 5
Hike Emeishan and enjoy the scenery and temples. Travel back to Chengdu.
Day 6
Transfer to airport. Fly back to Macau.
